Return for Store Credit Only

Follow the instructions below to return items postmarked within 7 days of delivery date.

Any packages returned outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Please ensure conditions below are met before returning:

Blossom Swim does not offer complimentary RMA's (return labels). It is the customers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with returning the package. Once your return has been received, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received.

In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired at the time of processing return. We currently only offer store credit for returns only!

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance. Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only top/bottom is received, the package will be refused.

We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Sales and Clearance Items

Items categorized as sale are Final Sale and can not be returned. Promotions are considered final sale and not allowed to be returned. Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return. All clearance items will be marked 'FINAL SALE’.

Note: Should you choose to return a Final Sale item, Blossom Swim reserves the right to apply a restocking fee. In order to get the item redelivered to you you will need to pay additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Goods

At Blossom Swim, we take pride in our products and they undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.

 

Domestic Orders

Please note for all domestic returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to us.
