Return Window
You may return any product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. All returns must be postmarked within this 30-day period to qualify for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for a return or refund.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards.
How to Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email at service@blossomswim.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note, that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@blossomswim.com. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or process a full refund.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
Returns must be made through a trackable shipping method and all international return shipments must be marked as “Return Merchandise” to avoid additional duties or taxes.
